Join Stephanie Scott and Trey Johnson to enhance your leadership ability, and interact with leaders from across the region as well as FFA State Officers. The trainings will highlight adaptive leadership and succession planning, as well as build upon your overall leadership skill set.
Over lunch we will be joined by the founders of the Farm 4 Profit Podcast to learn about transitional farming and ranching, board succession planning and young farmer and rancher engagement.
Attendees will have 12 breakout sessions to choose from Monday, with a variety of topics that will appeal to district staff, supervisors, and agency partners.

Join us for an evening of celebration of the 80 years the Colorado Association of Conservation Districts has served Colorado. It will be an evening of celebration with food and spirits. We will host a corn hole tournament to have a little fun to end the evening.
Kim “KC” Campbell is a retired Colonel who served in the Air Force for 24 years as a fighter pilot and senior military leader. She has flown 1,800 hours in the A-10 Warthog, including more than 100 combat missions protecting troops on the ground in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2003, Kim was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism after successfully recovering her battle-damaged airplane after an intense close air support mission. Most recently, Kim served as the Director of the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the Air Force Academy. Kim is also the author of the best-selling book, Flying in the Face of Fear: A Fighter Pilot’s Lessons on Leading with Courage.
Rachel Theler, NACD Southwest Region Representative, along side Kyle Venell, NACD Pacific Region Representative will facilitate a strategic planning session for each NACD Region. This is an opportunity to pool minds and resources and develop actionable plans to support conservation efforts across state boundaries.

The Southwest and Pacific Regions will hold sepirate business meetings. The Southwest and Pacific Regions will hold a joint business meeting for group collaboration and discussion.
Join us for a fun evening of painting to wind down a busy conference. Each participant will get the choice of painting a set of coasters or a refrigerator magnets that represent the diverse agriculture that our Conservation Districts serve. There will be food and spirits to enjoy throughout the evening.
Several field tour routes will be available to choose from. Visiting Conservation District projects, as well as innovative facilities dedicated to agriculture and conservation education in Colorado.
